I stand corrected. To wit the following received : "I'd like to set you right on one point, however. The shot of "flowers" on a cactus were, in fact, only the seed pods. It is a cholla (pronounced choya), and I have a couple of them in my front yard. I attach a couple of shots of them, so you can see what the flowers really look like. Regards, Ron"

Rio Grand Gorge bridge. Voted the most beautiful steel bridge of 1988

Comin' round the mountain. 12 miles of wonderful twisties up to the Taos ski area and back down again. Some curves were 20 mph and at one there were multiple skid marks, most ending before the edge, but a couple continued to, and presumably over the edge.
