Rigs in the desert,
the handicapped picnic at bottomless lake so named
because when, years ago a bunch of cowboys tied
their lariats together to see how deep the lake was
they never reached the bottom. T'was later found the
lake is artesian fed with such a strong upwelling
that the current kept the rope from reaching the
bottom.
Avanell and JR.
Avenel's rig was in the shoppe so she was the
monkey. In her early 70's but appears 22, on her Bergman 650 and
California Commuter which was initially on a Vespa,
she out drives JR on his 1200 BMW with a Sputnick,
me and most others.
